FTC Launches “Healthcare Task Force”

Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew N. Ferguson has instructed employees with the FTC to form a “healthcare task force.” The task force will “engage in a coordinated, integrated approach to healthcare enforcement and advocacy to protect American patients, healthcare workers, and taxpayers,” according to the FTC website.
